Thanks for stopping by. I live in Burlington, Vermont and am a web developer by profession. My company is called Union Street Media and I encourage you to read our blog or check out our site or to learn about what we do.

My interests outside of work are my family, running, music, and social media. I mostly use this blog to write about things that fall out of the scope of my company’s blog, but I occasionally write about social media and other issues. In the future I may write about issues relating to running a web development company.

Before getting into the interwebs, I worked for a conservation organization in Vermont. Prior to that I studied Environmental Policy at Rutgers University and Natural Resources Planning at University of Vermont. However, the web really grabbed me, and since 2002 I’ve focused exclusively on website development, css and xhtml, internet marketing, web analytics, and the like.
